As a digital print associate, you make the4imprint brand come alive by printing, decorating apparel, finishing andpackaging digital print orders per order specifications. Here\'s what atypical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of thejob). Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight coreprinciples that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty,Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, PositiveAttitude, Humility. Effectively interpret work orders and job aids toensure accurate execution of job responsibilities. Process 4imprintdigital print orders, including banners, patches and heat transfers onvarious substrates. Assist in the printing and production process ofwide format prints including banners and heat transfers. Produce goodquality decorated apparel products by applying digitally printed heattransfers and patches to a variety of products including apparel andcaps. Operate heat presses daily attaining and maintaining dailyproduction quality and quantities. Finishing of digital orders includingironing, folding, boxing and shipping of customer orders as needed. Helpin other areas when needed and when time allows. Attention to details and quality.Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.Required education/skills/experience: High school diploma or equivalentexperience. Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 yearof longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.Ability to lift 30 pounds.
