Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach. Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining accurate records. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Maintain phone etiquette standards when communicating via calls or emails. Support night audit duties by reconciling accounts and preparing daily reports to ensure smooth overnight operations. Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive experiences and repeat visits. Knowledge of resort environments and guest services best practices.
