Applicants can expect a collaborative environment focused on hospitality, creativity, and high-quality service.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Event Planner role based in Pasco, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Event Planner will coordinate and manage events at the farm and wedding venue, including weddings, private celebrations, and special gatherings. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing event concepts, creating timelines, and managing logistics such as vendors, rentals, decor, and on-site setup. The role will involve preparing and tracking event budgets, supporting sales efforts by responding to inquiries and conducting site tours, and maintaining clear communication with clients, team members, and partners. The Event Planner will also oversee event execution on the day of the event, ensuring smooth operations, a positive guest experience, and adherence to farm and safety policies.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with clients, vendors, and team members.Proven Event Planning and Event Management skills, including timeline development, vendor coordination, and on-site event oversight.Experience with Budgeting for events, including cost estimates, tracking expenses, and managing to a defined budget.Sales skills, including responding to inquiries, conducting venue tours, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.Customer-service mindset with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.Ability to work on-site at the farm in Pasco, WA, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or venue management preferred; familiarity with wedding planning is a plus.Comfort working in outdoor and farm settings and coordinating physical event setups when required.
