Job DescriptionSeeking a Full Time Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a great team in Western Arizona!Job OverviewSeeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care within the framework of professional practice, utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment to assess, plan, and implement life-saving care for patients of all ages.Key ResponsibilitiesRapid Assessment: Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, and social assessments; interpret diagnostics/labs and report critical findings to physicians.Care Planning: Develop and revise individualized, measurable plans of care and discharge strategies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.Clinical Execution: Provide direct patient care, administer treatments, and coordinate the healthcare team's activities in compliance with hospital policy and regulatory standards.Documentation: Maintain timely, legible, and accurate records of patient progress, interventions, and physician orders.Professional Leadership: Support the growth of the unit through shared leadership, mentoring/precepting of new staff, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Minimum QualificationsLicense: Current, valid RN license in the State of Arizona (or Compact/Multi-State license).Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required upon hire.Specialized Training: TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of hire.Competency: Must demonstrate clinical performance competencies through annual validations. Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).Professional Board Certification (e.g., CEN).Prior experience in Emergency or Critical Care nursing.
