The Architectural Intern can work in all phases of a project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. This role works closely with project teams to support design execution and documentation efforts and reports to the Production Director.Your ImpactPrepare project construction documents.Coordinate with internal team members to support document production.Assist with code review and documentation of compliance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project deliveryHere’s What You’ll NeedMust be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit Architecture.Strong customer service skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Here’s How You’ll Stand OutEarly career experience in a related field is a plus.Ability to use ACAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling, Animation, Rendering computer graphics programs a plus.Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.A strong desire to excel and advance in a fast paced, challenging and client focused environment.Superior client focus/service mentality.Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.Creativity, integrity, and initiative.
