What You'll Do As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a landscape maintenance crew and ensuring all work meets company standards. Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard Train, guide, and motivate team members Maintain a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, experienced, and ready to lead.
