Founding GTM/BD Lead

ChipSage Labs is building agentic solutions for chip design teams in the semiconductor industry. We are an early-stage team of EDA/AI engineers and researchers developing agentic tools designed to support chip design and verification workflows.We are looking for an experienced Go-to-Market leader to join us in shaping both the product and go-to-market strategy.This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in semiconductor industry sales and EDA tooling who is interested in helping build innovative tools that support chip design, verification, and compliance workflows.ResponsibilitiesHelp define product direction based on customer needs across the semiconductor industryProvide domain expertise on chip design and verification workflows, including familiarity with EDA toolchains (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens EDA) and customer buying processesIdentify key pain points in current chip design and verification processesGuide go-to-market strategy across customer segments, including established chipmakers, fabless startups, hyperscaler silicon teams, IP vendors, and defense, automotive, and industrial chip companiesBuild and run outbound motion into design and verification teamsIdentify potential customers and early industry partnershipsContribute to pricing, packaging, and industry positioningPreferred Qualifications5+ years experience in semiconductor sales, EDA, or related GTM rolesHands-on experience closing technical deals with engineering buyers, not just procurementExperience with EDA tools, chip design workflows, or verification methodologiesStrong understanding of semiconductor industry buying processes and procurement cyclesExperience working at semiconductor companies, EDA vendors, fabless startups, hyperscaler silicon teams, or developer-tools/infrastructure startupsInterest in working with a technical team building new solutions for the industry
