Job Description: We are now hiring a full-time CDL A SOLO Driver in Lexington, Kentucky. If you have experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver for companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, you may be the perfect candidate! Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Team Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle fixed route Over-the-Road FedEx Ground runs from the Lexington, Kentucky area safely and efficiently! Solo Run DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable) Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip and safety inspections on equipment Drop & Hook Only – No-touch Freight! Verify and complete required documentation and reports Maintain accurate daily logs Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g., delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required PAY AND BENEFITS: Insurance after 90 days PTO Average Miles : 280 miles daily Schedule: 5 days a week except during peak 6 days TERMINAL: 2024 BUCK LANE, Lexington, Kentucky 40511 Military and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Requirements: Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last three years No automatic restrictions. Must be able to pass a background check Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement Ability to follow instructions and complete required training Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, Clearinghouse login, and Drug Test Prefer candidates who can drive a manual transmission and have no driving restrictions Wage Range: 1400.00 - 1400.00 per week General Description of Benefits: Insurance after 90 days PTO
