The Position Thepart-time Office Services Assistant is responsible for maintaining dailybusiness operational duties such as administrative task management,managing building facilities, and providing support to staff for tasksrelated to this work. Key duties include office supply delegation andreplenishment, management of incoming and outgoing mail/packages,coordinating vendor services, maintaining office equipment, set up/breakdown of tables for office events, and supporting staff onboarding andoffboarding. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker withGreat Organizational Skills, Have Previous Experience Using MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), possess the ability tocommunicate professionally in an office setting, and have previousexperience with using standard office equipment (printers, scanners,etc). The hourly pay range for this role is \$16.50 - \$20.50 per hour.Any extended offer is based on the candidate\'s experience and overallfit for the role. The work schedule will consist of 8-12 hours a week onTuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 8:30am-2:30pmCT. MainResponsibilities Manages office upkeep including the restocking ofkitchenette supplies. Acts as point of contact for office facilityvendors and maintenance. Prepares conference rooms for meetings andevents through the setup and break down of tables and chairs. Processesand prepares incoming/outgoing mail and packages including post officemailings and UPS shipments. Conducts various administrative tasks suchas data entry, scanning, and filing documents. Handles invoicemanagement, which includes receiving invoices via email, inputtinginvoices along with packing slip through Adobe Sign for signatures andcollaborating with the Finance department for processing. Managesinventory control by stocking, ordering, and organizing office suppliesand equipment. Provides onboarding/offboarding support including setupfor new hires and equipment return for exiting staff. Occasionally usemanual pallet jack to move shipment pallets.
