Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a large-scale initiative.The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex enterprise initiatives with regulatory and SOX compliance requirements. They should have successfully delivered projects supporting IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other business transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, audit readiness, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful project execution from initiation through deployment and post-production support.This role requires leadership, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and delivery expertise across multiple technology domains.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise IT projects and programs, from business case and planning through implementation, deployment, and hyper care.Manage multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from multi-million-dollar initiatives to enterprise transformation programs.Drive project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking.Collaborate with business leaders, executive stakeholders, product owners, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure successful program execution.Establish project governance, steering committee cadence, executive reporting, and decision-making frameworks.Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation strategies.Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Data, and Change Management teams.Oversee end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, cutover planning, and production stabilization.Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.Ensure quality delivery while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.Coordinate with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.Monitor KPIs, project health, milestone achievement, and executive dashboards.Support organizational change management, user adoption, training, and communication plans.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Facilitate lessons learned and continuous process improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.10+ years of IT experience with at least 8–10 years managing enterprise-scale IT projects or programs.Demonstrated experience leading enterprise implementations involving multiple business units and global teams.Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
