This position may require shift work, nights, weekends, and holidays.Position Overview:Monitor security systems, CCTV, alarms, and related applicationsCoordinate responses to security-related incidents and service requestsCommunicate with employees, customers, supervisors, and emergency personnel as requiredMaintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholdersSupport testing and validation of security devices and system applicationsCollaborate with internal and external teams to support security operationsPreferred Experience:Dispatch, work control, maintenance planning, or security operations experienceExperience monitoring CCTV, alarms, or security systemsExperience with Maximo, CMMS, or similar software preferredC-CURE 9000 Monitoring Station certification preferred
