Direct Support Professional (DSP) (HHA & PCA) Needed immediately

Duties: - Provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings - Perform heavy lifting and transferring of individuals as required - Maintain a clean and safe living environmen Requirements: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
