Software Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Software Engineer to join our vibrant tech team. Responsibilities Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, C++, JavaScript, and others. Design system architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable, leveraging design patterns and best practices in system development. Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance within Agile methodologies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks. Utilize version control tools like GitHub, SVN, or Git for code management; implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. Work with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS or Azure to deploy and manage scalable applications on cloud platforms. Apply knowledge of microservices architecture to develop modular components that enhance system flexibility and scalability. Conduct system design sessions focusing on performance optimization, security (RBAC), and efficient database management with SQL or MySQL. Implement best practices in software engineering including the use of APIs, application development standards, and design patterns for robust solutions. Experience Proven experience in software development with a strong background in web development frameworks such as React Express or JavaScript frameworks. Hands-on experience designing scalable systems using microservices architecture on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration techniques for building interconnected applications. Solid understanding of database management systems including SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Experience working within Agile software development teams utilizing tools like GitHub, SVN, or similar version control systems. Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes. Exposure to programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, VBA or C++ is highly desirable. Understanding of system security concepts including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) for safeguarding applications. Prior experience working with cloud infrastructure services (AWS or Azure) for deploying scalable applications is preferred.
