For us, excellence is a goal we never stop striving for—with intention, humility, and genuine enthusiasm.What You’ll Do:Get involved early in design to support conceptual ideas and develop understanding of client needsLead technical strategy, detailing, and drawing coordinationEnsure clarity, legibility, and excellence in graphic communicationTranslate design vision into clear construction documentsDevelop and implement code strategiesGuide internal team members, elevating drawing standards and managing specifications and documentation qualityCoordinate with consultant teamsParticipate in construction administration — reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, visiting job sites, and collaborating with contractorsWhy Join AMDG:Meaningful Projects: Do work that makes a difference.
