Strategic Customer Vice President

Strategic Customer Vice PresidentGlobal medical device and healthcare solutions company seeking a Strategic Customer Vice President to serve as the primary point of coordination for our most important health system relationships. This role reports to the VP of Strategic Customer Group and leads a matrixed, multi-functional team to drive enterprise-level customer success and long-term business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Market StrategySet and lead system-level strategy for top strategic accounts, including joint business planningCultivate executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholdersCoordinate commercial account teams and functional resources to deliver aligned valueMonitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide strategic recommendationsDevelop integrated business strategies with clinicians and key decision-makers across business units including Contracting, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, HEOR, and MedicalCommercial & Financial LeadershipDevelop and execute strategic account business plans, tracking growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and goal alignmentManage enterprise customer budgets and drive financial growth across all business unitsHold account teams accountable to business plans and success metricsAlign resources, remove obstacles, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver resultsCommercial ExcellenceLead change management and align multi-functional account teams on strategy executionCreate account strategies tied to revenue growth, market share, and margin performanceMaintain regular pipeline reviews and cross-functional cadence to drive sustained excellenceOrganizational Leadership & Talent DevelopmentPartner with business unit and functional leaders to execute growth strategiesCoach and mentor strategic account teams to deliver and exceed expectationsChampion a high-performance culture aligned with company goals and valuesSupport talent review processes to develop future leadersChampion Inclusion & Diversity in talent acquisition and developmentComplianceEnsure adherence to all local, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and quality standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred7+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience; second-line leadership experience preferred5+ years of large account management and IDN experience with a proven track record in the healthcare industryStrong background in sales management, marketing, or relevant functional leadershipDemonstrated expertise in joint business planning and leading cross-functional, matrixed teamsProven ability to negotiate complex agreements and deliver customized solutionsExceptional executive-level communication, influencing, and presentation skillsSolid understanding of the US healthcare industry and Health Care IT, with strong financial and analytical skillsAbility to travel 25%
