Line Cook/Sous Chef

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide support to the dietary department as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic knife skills and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
