Accounting Manager / AR & AP Manager (Construction)Pittsburgh, PA (Southern Suburbs)$85,000- $110,000The Accounting Manager / AR & AP Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable within a construction environment. This individual will act as a key second set of eyes for financial accuracy and help drive timely billing and cash flow.This role also offers clear growth potential, with the opportunity to build out processes and take on increased leadership responsibilities over time.OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTNG MANAGER, AR & AP MANAGER ROLE:Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessManage and review construction billing (AIA / progress billing) and supporting documentationCoordinate and maintain:W-9sCertificates of InsuranceLien waiversPartner with internal teams to ensure billing packages are complete and submitted on timeMonitor collections and follow up on outstanding receivablesSupport job costing activities and ensure proper cost tracking across projectsAssist with WIP (Work-in-Progress) and percentage-of-completion reporting (training available)Work closely with ownership on financial oversight and process improvementsProvide guidance to the part-time Billing Specialist and help build out the function long-termMaintain accurate records in QuickBooks and NetSuitePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTNG MANAGER, AR & AP MANAGER ROLE:3-5+ years of experience in accounting, AR/AP, or construction billingExperience in construction, real estate, property management, or similar industries preferredExposure to ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus but not requiredBackground with AIA billing, lien waivers, or job costing is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred#INAPR2026#INMAY2026#ZRCFS#LI-BN2#LI-onsite
