Operations Training Manager
Overview
In this role you drive the design, delivery, and evaluation of training across manufacturing operations to support growth and talent development. You will partner with managers to plan and implement training plans, ensure skills transfer to daily work, and align HR actions with workforce needs. You’ll use data to measure training impact, manage budgets, and pursue continuous improvement of training systems. This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional environment with a clear impact on quality and efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesLead annual Training Needs Investigation and update the training plan to develop talentDesign, develop, and deliver training programs using established methodologiesEvaluate training effectiveness and implement follow-up actions to reinforce skills transferAdvise management on training and development to meet local needsImplement HR strategies to recruit and retain qualified workforceReview and update Training and Development proceduresEnsure alignment of training with organizational requirements through stakeholder communicationUtilize data to identify, measure, and track training and learning impactPrepare budgets for training based on requirements and justify fundsCoordinate and conduct training plan implementation and initiate continuous improvement of training systemsDeliver customized training solutions in response to client requestsSelect instructional methods (unipersonal, group, self-study, simulations, role plays, e-learning)Develop training materials, manuals, testing/evaluation procedures, and multimedia aidsMaintain relationships with consulting firms and external resourcesMay conduct new employee orientation to support organizational goals
