Program Manager

*Program Manager * *Location: *Ogden, Utah area, 100% onsite *Full Time* *About the Opportunity* We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead one or more commercial aerospace programs. *Key Responsibilities* · Serves as the customer advocate and ensures effective program management processes, schedule, cost, resources, risk, project change management, and commitments to customers are met. · Responsible for communicating with customers regarding status updates and problem resolution. · Work closely with operations, supply chain, quality and engineering as the customer focal point · Present at and facilitate major program reviews, and document and follow up on the actions that come out of them. *Qualifications* · Must be a U.S. person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR 120.62. · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or a related field · Strong communicator with proven ability to negotiate with customers and present to senior leaders, customers and suppliers · 10+ years of related experience, including 4+ years leading multiple programs of varying complexity · Experience in a manufacturing environment · Able to start quickly and deliver results with minimal onboarding *Preferred: *MS/MBA, PMP or PMI-RMP, and experience with flight controls or actuation programs *This position requires access to export-controlled technical data.
