The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and enterprise transformation programs in complex global environments.🔹 Lead end-to-end program delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder management🔹 Establish strong governance frameworks and executive reporting processes🔹 Manage implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams🔹 Drive technology transformation and enterprise-wide rollouts🔹 Monitor program performance, financials, and delivery outcomesMust Have Skills✔ 5+ years leading Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, ARM, or Salesforce transformation programs✔ Strong Program Management and stakeholder management experience✔ Experience managing implementation partners and vendors✔ Experience driving enterprise technology change and adoption✔ Ability to build business cases and present to executive leadershipPreferred SkillsPharma or Life Sciences industry experienceExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong governance, risk management, and financial tracking experience
