Weoffer one of the most comprehensive benefits programs in the industry.Details:Providecritical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care in accordance with establishedprotocols.Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.Operateand maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness foremergencies.Participatein ongoing training and education to maintain and elevate care standards.2/5 schedule rotationRequirements:ActiveParamedic Certification in the state of employment.Minimumof 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospitalservice (5 years preferred).Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP andinstructor certifications preferred).FP-Ccertification within24 months of hire.Flightor transport experience preferred.Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.Bachelor'sdegree in a healthcare-related field preferred.Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person andover the phone.Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting.Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening,and background check.Mustmaintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.Areyou ready to take your career to the next level and make a real impact?
