This is a fully remote opportunity available to candidates based in the USA, with a mandatory requirement of FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documents experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee numerous projects, guiding them from routing and siting phases through to construction compliance.Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and managing permit applications, particularly those involving FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.Liaise effectively with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of professionals, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.Represent the organization at public meetings and stakeholder hearings, ensuring effective communication.Manage project scope, budget, and timelines while providing accurate forecasting.Actively participate in business development initiatives and attend industry conferences to enhance networking opportunities.Conduct field assessments and ensure compliance inspections are carried out effectively.Required SkillsComprehensive knowledge of FERC regulations and relevant federal environmental regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Highly organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.QualificationsB.S. or B.A. in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.A minimum of ten years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting specifically related to pipeline projects.Career Growth OpportunitiesPostJobMatches By WorkStaff USA values the development of its team members.
