Copa Vida is a quality-focused chain of cafés with locations spanning from Los Angeles to San Diego. We make all our own sauces and bake our own bread as we crank out dish after dish for our all-day brunch menu. About The Job:
Some key responsibilities of this role are:

Be a proactive team-player and work through challenges in a positive, constructive way
Work the line and ensure Copa’s standards for quality and efficiency are met
Ensure that the kitchen is properly opened/closed
Stay current with our offerings and preparation techniques
Place vendor orders & receive deliveries
Keep the entire kitchen clean and organized
Plan and administer employee breaks and equitably delegate tasks
Respond swiftly and effectively to address needs, problems, and emergencies as they arise; remain resilient and proactive to find solutions that work
Participate in implementing new projects accurately and on-schedule; inform, train, and support staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Participate in company meetings and training events
Embrace feedback as a path to success, and make necessary changes swiftly

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
