Interns will support daily functions, assist with special projects, and build foundational knowledge of the affordable housing industry.Rotations May Include Experience In The Following DepartmentsHuman Resources (HR)MarketingAccountingCentral PurchasingRisk ManagementInformation Technology (IT)ComplianceCommunity ManagementMaintenanceLiberty Affordable Housing (Construction Management, Project Management, and Marketing)Responsibilities Will Vary By Department And May IncludeAssisting with administrative, operational, and project-based tasksSupporting department initiatives and process improvementsLearning industry regulations, policies, and best practicesInteracting professionally with staff, residents, vendors, and partnersObserving and participating in day-to-day business operationsProgram QualificationsCollege student or age-appropriate candidate eligible for internship participationInterest in Affordable Housing, Leadership, Business, or Property ManagementBasic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferredStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsPositive, professional, and adaptable attitudeAbility to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentValid government-issued ID requiredCRM Rental Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
