The Risk Specialist will be responsible for performing risk assessments, analyzing financial and operational risks, conducting audits, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize organizational exposure. The role involves preparing comprehensive risk reports, collaborating with internal teams to address vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Risk Analysis skillsSolid understanding of Finance and the ability to assess financial risksExperience in Auditing with attention to detail and regulatory complianceExcellent Communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaborationAbility to work independently and remotely while managing multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related fieldExperience in healthcare or value-based care models is a plusFamiliarity with risk management tools and frameworks
