We're looking for a driven, self-reliant Traveling Superintendent who can hit the ground running, think on their feet, and lead projects with confidence, accountability, and integrity.MSF Hospitality is a dynamic commercial construction firm headquartered in Coppell, Texas, specializing in ground-up hotel builds across the U.S. With projects ranging from $10M to $25M+, our footprint is growing, and so is our need for top-tier talent.As a Traveling Superintendent, you'll oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish. You'll ensure that projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and exceed expectations. You'll coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, manage schedules, and maintain quality control, all while representing MSF with professionalism.ResponsibilitiesDirect all on-site construction operations for commercial hospitality buildsCoordinate subcontractor work and lead weekly site meetingsDevelop and manage three-week lookahead schedulesEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations (OSHA, PPE, signage)Perform daily site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talksMaintain field office operations, including daily logs, red-line drawings, delivery logs, and documentationEnforce quality control standards (Level II or III, as applicable) and punch list executionTrack material and equipment deliveries, rentals, and usageCommunicate proactively with Project Managers to resolve jobsite issuesTrain and lead assistant superintendents and labor on-siteQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendentExperience in hotels or large-scale hospitality is preferredAbility to travel up to 60% for projects (with employer-paid travel and per diem)Strong working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office SuiteSolid understanding of construction plans, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field documentationProven leadership and communication skills, able to work independently with limited supervisionValid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)Compensation & BenefitsFull time positionCompetitive salary at $85,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experienceEmployer-paid travel and per diemOpportunity to work on multi-million dollar hospitality projectsStrong potential for career growth and advancement within MSF HospitalityTraining and development opportunitiesMSF Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
