Sales Manager

Like to build from the ground up? Must have at least 3 years of Sales Management experience to be considered. Ampro is one of the most experienced screenprinters in the country, and we're on the hunt for a Sales Leader to guide our talented team and drive our growth. We specialize in event merch, concert tees, employee apparel programs and athletic uniforms. What could be more exciting than leading a team that sells t-shirts, polos, jackets, hats, and hoodies?! About the Role: Build the infrastructure: Develop a program to nurture business development activities and behaviors to consistently drive new business to our well-established company. Lead and Inspire: Manage our 8-person sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation. Expand the Team: Recruit and develop an additional 3-5 hunters and farmers to support our expanding business. Strategize for Success: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, who are professional buyers and key business partners. Why Ampro? What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record of success. Strong ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and drive results. Passion for customer service and building lasting relationships. Experience in the screenprinting or embroidery industry is a plus, but not required.
