This is a 1st shift position with a pay range of $16-18/hour depending on experience. Quality InspectorPay Range: $16-18/hr DOEShift: 7am-3:30pm M-F, training hours are 6am-2:30pm M-F***Candidate must pass a drug screen and be open to a criminal background check***DutiesFollow job order to the exact detailCompare job order with specs on the computer screenUse of magnifying glass to observe defects in soldering balls and jointsReport defectsPull part that is defectiveRepetitive positionSitting positionPerform visual inspection of both printed circuit boards and assembliesVerify material according to applicable acceptance criteria (IPC, IIP, data sheets, etc.)Interpret drawings, work instructions, job routings, test instructions, BOM's and inspectiondocumentsIdentify/segregate nonconforming material according to established proceduresMaintain accurate records of product acceptance and FAI/FAR requirementsVerify in-process and finished product according to applicable standards and criteria (AQL,QSL, customer print, established program, etc.Perform inspections using optical scopes, measurement tools and x-ray equipment QualificationsPrevious OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable but not requiredMust be proficient with using a computer.
