DescriptionAATMOS Hospitality is looking for a driven, commercially sharp revenue leader to own and optimize performance across our entire hotel portfolio. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations - built for someone who thrives on turning market intelligence into measurable results.What You'll OwnRevenue Growth - Yield management and rate optimization across all propertiesForecasting - Weekly and monthly reforecasts, budgeting, and annual business planningLeadership - Coach General Managers, set goals, and build a high-performance teamF&B & Ancillary Revenue - Partner with food & beverage, sales, and marketing to unlock new revenue streamsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAggressively pursue revenue targets using yield management tools and digital marketing strategiesEnsure all rate and inventory systems are fully integrated and communicating across propertiesLead the annual business planning cycle for each hotel in collaboration with General Managers and the corporate teamActively monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and demand shifts to stay ahead of the curveDevelop and enforce revenue management policies and standard operating procedures across the portfolioParticipate in AATMOS's Strategic Planning Committee and contribute to company-wide growth initiativesEnsure timely, accurate operations reporting at both the property and corporate levelBenefits & PerksEmployee travel program with hotel benefits across the AATMOS portfolioCompetitive vacation and PTO packageMedical insuranceHybrid work arrangement with occasional in-office requirementsRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForCollege degree or higher in hospitality, business, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of hotel revenue management experience (experience with IHG, Hilton, and/or Marriott systems preferred)Background in hotel operations (restaurant/F&B revenue management experience a plus)Strong leader, self-starter, and team builder who holds people accountable with careWilling and able to travel to properties and be reachable during peak demand periods, including evenings and weekendsComfortable signing AATMOS non-disclosure and non-compete agreements
