Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst: • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis • Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes for business operations • Develop financial models to support pricing, capital investments, and strategic initiatives • Analyze profitability, margin trends, production costs, and operational performance drivers • Build forward-looking models to evaluate impacts of pricing and cost changes • Partner with operations, finance, and IT teams to develop BI dashboards and reporting solutions • Support global operating plan development and financial planning initiatives • Present financial analysis and recommendations to leadership teams
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred • 4–7+ years of finance, FP&A, or analytical accounting experience • Experience supporting international operations and foreign exchange analysis preferred • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and financial modeling • Experience with ERP/EPM tools such as Oracle, Vena, or Incorta preferred • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong business partnering and problem-solving abilities
