Day-to-day activities:" Administers Human Resources programs, systems and processes" Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies" Resolves or refers HR cases on attendance, employee corrective action, and various HR process/product questions from employees and managers" Contributes to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery" Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes, significant time on case management for attendance" Works closely with HR COE's to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., attendance, case management), and to support the delivery of programs" Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided" Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policiesSkills needed:" 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes" Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners" Experience with Microsoft Office Suite" Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow" Experience with HR case management tools and topics" Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product" Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style" Experience with Tableau and reporting tools
