Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains rules and regulations of Legends Global and Health and Sanitation laws, as well as safe storage procedures at all times.Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work areaMaintains inventory and supplies at assigned locations.Set up and break down of assigned Concessions stand or cartHandles all forms of payment and inventory according to company policyCompletes all assigned paperwork appropriatelyBasic food preparationServe customers with food orders in a timely mannerMaintain accurate cash handling procedures at all timesInteract with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.Clean and maintain Concession standsIf serving alcohol, must have TABC license.Perform other duties as assignedSkills and AbilitiesAbility to get along well with othersBasic working knowledge of food and beverageBasic math ability to accurately count and handle money.Basic food preparation.Positive attitude and neat appearance.Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely mannerPositive customer service-oriented attitude at all timesAttention to detailMust be able to work standing for the duration of shiftMust speak and understand English.Other QualificationsRequires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.NOTE:The essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
