Program Manager

Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Program Manager. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x per week in Plano, TX.*This is a 7-month contract with benefits & paid holidays!*As a Program Manager, you will oversee operational alignment for digital transformation initiatives across the company's sales systems & products. You will be responsible for optimizing and ensuring schedule adherence, communicating with cross-functional teams, and gathering data to drive impactful business decisions. What You'll Be DoingCoordinate and monitor scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of digital sales systems & productsPrepare proposals to win new programs, developing new business and expanding the product lineNegotiate and prepare contracts, considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirementsMaintain adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct cross-functional workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale programsSales and/or Accounting background, leveraging data to drive initiatives forwardExperience in Google Workspace & Microsoft Suite, as well as Project Management softwareDemonstrated skills in building effective relationships and influencing from individual contributors to senior executivesDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related fieldPMP and/or Agile (CSM, PSM, etc.) certifications highly valuedCandidates with experience in FinTech or SaaS highly preferred!Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
