About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support our high-volume metal stamping operations. This role is critical to ensuring our presses, automation systems, and facility equipment run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving mechanical and electrical challenges, this is the place to make an impact.Pay Range: $27.04-$33.90Key ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on:Mechanical stamping pressesFeed lines, coil handling equipment, conveyors, and transfer systemsPneumatic and hydraulic systemsIndustrial electrical systems up to 480VDiagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.Perform machine rebuilds, alignments, and component replacements.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and equipment reliability.Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and plant policies. Qualifications5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in metal stamping or heavy manufacturing.Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in:Press repairHydraulics and pneumaticsGearboxes, bearings, and mechanical drivesAbility to troubleshoot electrical issuesWelding and fabrication skills are a plus.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred.
