This role allows you to make a meaningful impact by helping patients reach their fullest potential in familiar, natural environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide pediatric speech-language therapy in home and community settings.Participate in IFSPs and deliver services through Early Intervention Colorado (Birth-3)Educate families on home-based strategies and exercises.Document care and progress accurately in EMRQualifications:Active Colorado SLP LicenseASHA Certification or Clinical Fellowship (CF)Pediatric experience preferredReliable transportation requiredAccess to a PC, laptop, or tablet for EMR useComfortable working independently in home settingsSchedule & Caseload:Full-Time: 19+ visits per weekPart-Time: 10-18 visits per weekEvenings: After-school sessions (4:00-5:00 PM) strongly preferredWeekends: Optional (no differential)On-Call: NoneBenefits:Sign-on BonusComprehensive Benefits PackageMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceIRA with employer matchFlexible Scheduling for continuing education
