With multiple locations across the Salt Lake Valley, we are continuing to invest in our people, systems, and long-term growth.Role DescriptionThe Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant location. This includes leading employees, maintaining food quality, ensuring excellent customer service, controlling daily operations, and helping the store achieve financial goals.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can confidently run a busy restaurant, develop a strong team, and uphold high standards every day. This role works closely with ownership and leadership and has significant opportunity for growth within the company.Barbacoa Mexican Grill currently operates multiple locations across the Salt Lake Valley, and managers may have opportunities to grow within different stores and leadership roles over time.ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and develop team members while maintaining a positive and accountable store culture.Hire, onboard, coach, and address employee performance when necessary.Create and manage weekly schedules based on business needs, staffing levels, and labor goals.Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening, closing, food prep, cleanliness, and shift execution.Ensure all food quality, portioning, food safety, and operational standards are consistently followed.Deliver an exceptional guest experience through fast service, customer interaction, problem resolution, and restaurant cleanliness.Monitor store performance including sales, labor cost, food cost, inventory, and operational readiness.Support business growth through catering, online ordering, vendor management, administrative responsibilities, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.Qualifications2+ years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience preferredExperience with scheduling, employee supervision, and inventory managementStrong communication and team leadership skillsBilingual English/Spanish is a plusThis is a full-time salary leadership position with an expected schedule of 45+ hours per week, including opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, peak business hours.Please apply by filling out this Google Form: https://forms.gle/5Cc7sFTg1n3FqTdb7Benefits:Employee discountFlexible schedulePaid time offPaid trainingWork Location: In person
