Physical Therapist (PT)Full-TimeWe are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated and collaborative therapy team. This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-centered environment.Position OverviewThe Physical Therapist works under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation and is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized physical therapy programs for residents. This role focuses on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide physical therapy services to residents throughout the facilityConduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician ordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, including short- and long-term goalsDeliver skilled therapy interventions and modify treatment plans as clinically indicatedParticipate in resident assessments and interdisciplinary care planningCollaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to support optimal resident outcomesQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) recognized by APTACurrent Physical Therapist license in good standing (required)Experience working with the geriatric population preferredStrong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills BenefitsCompetitive compensationSupportive and collaborative therapy departmentOpportunity to work with a diverse resident populationProfessional growth and development opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
