Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Verona, WI. The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that streamline and enhance the company's operations. Daily tasks include back-end web development, programming, implementing object-oriented design principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions. The role will require active problem-solving and technical expertise to ensure optimal functionality and performance of existing and new applications. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and conceptsExperience in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentProficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Proven ability to work collaboratively to analyze and solve technical challengesEffective communication and organizational skills for team collaborationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldKnowledge of development tools and frameworks such as Git, SQL, or .NET is a plusPrevious experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a bonus
