Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Loan Assistant located in San Angelo, TX. The Commercial Loan Assistant will support the lending team by assisting in loan servicing, managing loan documentation, coordinating loan closings, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong grasp of loan procedures. Qualifications Experience with Loan Servicing and ensuring loan accounts are properly maintainedStrong knowledge of Loan Documents and ability to review and organize them accuratelyProficiency in Customer Service with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Loan Closings, ensuring all required processes and documentation are completed effectivelyUnderstanding of Loans and relevant financial proceduresAbility to work collaboratively with a team and maintain confidentialityHigh attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in computer applications and banking software systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields are a plus
