Accounts Payable Supervisor
AP Supervisor– Burbank, CA
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor for a huge opportunity with a growing company.

Must have:
International inventory experience
Strong Excel
3-way matching
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
5+ years of accounts payable experience
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and payments
Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices
Reconcile inventory-related invoices and resolve discrepancies
Inventory required
Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries
Assist with AP aging, month-end close, and account reconciliations
Partner with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure accurate transaction processing
Sage or NetSuite experience preferred
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
