District Vision Students are prepared and inspired citizens making positive choices.See attachment on original job postingREQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent • Passing score on the paraprofessional exam • Early Childhood Education staff will be required to hold the minimum ECE units before the end of their first year. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with peers, students, parents, community, and agency partners DESIRED • Minimum one-year experience working with children in a school setting • One of the following: o Associate's degree or higher, 48 semester units of higher education • Training in effective crisis intervention techniques • Training or knowledge in areas of autism, speech, child development, or other special needs • Certification in CPR and First AidResume Letter of Introduction 3 Letters of Recommendation, dated within the last 2 years Applicable transcripts, diplomas, and licenses
