The role offers exposure to all aspects of the investment life cycle and meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, high-performing environment.The ideal candidate is an experienced private equity professional who can operate with autonomy, manage complex processes, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and portfolio company management teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and support transactions from initial evaluation through closing and post-close portfolio involvementPerform financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and investment diligenceContribute to sourcing initiatives, market research, and investment thesis developmentManage internal and external stakeholders throughout transaction processesSupport portfolio company value creation initiatives, including add-on acquisitionsMentor and collaborate with junior investment professionalsQualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred but not requiredSeveral years of private equity experience requiredPrivate equity experience focused on business services is highly favorableStrong financial modeling, analytical, and deal execution capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversightClear, professional communicator with sound judgmentLocation & LogisticsRole is based in ConnecticutCandidates must be willing to relocate to Connecticut, if not already localIn-office, team-oriented environment
