The Marketing & Creative Coordinator will manage a variety of marketing projects, implement creative strategies, and ensure cohesive communication regarding marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include creating visually appealing graphics, producing engaging video content, coordinating marketing initiatives, and maintaining consistent branding across all materials. Additionally, the candidate will work collaboratively with various teams and manage multiple projects efficiently. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Project Management, with the ability to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives effectivelyProficiency in Graphic Design and creating high-quality GraphicsExperience in Video Production, including editing and creating compelling multimedia contentProactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlinesProficiency in marketing tools, design software, and project management platformsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in high-turnover industries or understanding of WOTC processes is a plus
