We specialize in sourcing, vetting, and placing high-performing remote professionals.About Our ClientOur client is a New York-based wholesale apparel company specializing in licensed products. They’re known for delivering innovative, high-quality apparel tied to top global brands.  Role SnapshotLocation: LATAM Schedule: Full-time | 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ETType: Independent ContractorPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Browzwear Technical Designer / 3D Pattern Developer with strong expertise in digital patternmaking and garment block development. This role will be responsible for translating flat sketches, technical specifications, and reference samples into accurate Browzwear blocks, graded patterns, and garment simulations. The ideal candidate has deep experience working with Browzwear VStitcher/Lotta, understands apparel fit and grading, and can produce production-ready DXF pattern filesResponsibilitiesDigital Pattern & Block DevelopmentCreate accurate garment blocks, patterns, and hallows in Browzwear based on flat sketches and technical specificationsTranslate design sketches into fully functional digital patternsDevelop base blocks for multiple product categories (T-shirts, fleece, outerwear, etc.)Generate graded pattern sets across size ranges3D Garment SimulationBuild and simulate garments in Browzwear VStitcherApply fabrics, trims, and fit adjustments to ensure accurate garment visualizationValidate fit, balance, and proportion in the 3D environmentTechnical Pattern OutputExport production-ready DXF pattern filesEnsure patterns meet factory and vendor technical standardsMaintain pattern accuracy for mass productionCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with design, production, and technical teamsInterpret tech packs and garment specsRevise patterns based on fit feedback and design adjustments.Digital Asset ManagementMaintain organized libraries of blocks, patterns, and templatesImprove internal workflows for digital product developmentRequirements (Must-Have)3+ year's experience in digital patternmakingStrong proficiency in Browzwear (VStitcher / Lotta)Experience creating blocks, graded patterns, and hallowsAbility to convert flat sketches and specs into patternsExperience exporting DXF pattern filesStrong understanding of garment construction, fit, and gradingKnowledge of knits and woven apparelExperience working in apparel production or technical designExperience with licensed apparel or graphic-driven collectionsBackground in traditional patternmakingFamiliarity with Gerber, Optitex, or other CAD systemsExperience with 3D digital garment workflowsAbility to create efficient block libraries for multiple product categoriesStrong cross-functional collaborationAttention to detailOwnership responsibilitiesAbility to interpret technical specificationsAdaptability to fit feedback and design adjustmentsOrganization and digital asset managementProcess improvement mindsetTechnical Skills (Required)Browzwear VStitcherDigital patternmakingPattern gradingBlock developmentDXF exportGarment constructionFit analysisApparel production workflow  Tools & SystemsMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)Time tracking: Hubstaff / ClickUp  Why Join?Competitive pay in USD.100% remote — work from home or anywhere.Flexible time-off.Work with an international team.Learning opportunities.Be a member of an elite group of top talent.
