Senior Recruiting AnalystLocation: Remote (United States) Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 base salary (DOE) Travel: Up to 15% for team and operating company meetingsPosition SummaryComfort Systems USA and Kodiak Labor Solutions are seeking a highly analytical Senior Recruiting Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of the recruiting analytics function. This role is built for someone who thrives in data, process discipline, and reporting accuracy while supporting enterprise recruiting operations across multiple operating companies.Reporting directly to the Director of Recruiting Strategy and Innovation, the Senior Recruiting Analyst will own the production layer of recruiting analytics, including pipeline reporting, ATS data integrity, recruiter performance analytics, compliance reporting, cost analysis, and AI recruiting tool measurement.This is a pure individual contributor role with no direct reports or people management responsibilities.
