We are seeking a qualified *Management Administrator / Executive Assistant* in *Arlington, VA.* This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position. *Position Description:* The Decision Technologies Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Program Manager (U.S. Navy Captain) and Front Office leadership within a major weapons engineering and acquisition program. This role performs advanced, non‑manual work requiring independent judgment, specialized knowledge of Navy program office operations, and discretion in managing sensitive programmatic, technical, and organizational matters. The Executive Assistant serves as a critical integrator across government, contractor, and fleet activities, ensuring coordinated execution of program priorities and front‑office operations. *YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE* *Responsibilities* * Program Office Operations Management — Independently plan, coordinate, and manage daily operational workflows for the Program Manager and Front Office, ensuring alignment with program priorities and acquisition timelines. * Strategic Administrative Planning — Develop, maintain, and manage complex schedules, calendars, action item trackers, program documentation, and executive‑level reporting products. * Executive Correspondence & Documentation — Prepare, review, serialize, and execute formal Navy correspondence, briefing materials, and decision documentation requiring subject‑matter familiarity with Navy processes, formats, and protocols. * High‑Level Meeting & Event Leadership — Plan, organize, and execute major programmatic and technical events including SC meetings, RAM Launcher/Missile Working Groups, CIWS IPRs, PMRs, and other acquisition‑related reviews. * Programmatic Decision Support — Prepare agendas, decision packages, information papers, and meeting minutes that capture programmatic decisions, technical issues, and action items for senior leadership. * MOA/MOU Coordination & Governance — Support development, review, and coordination of PEO IWS 11 MOAs/MOUs, amendments, annexes, SOWs, and related documentation; liaise with government, contractor, and fleet stakeholders to resolve issues. * Front Office Leadership Support — Provide authoritative guidance on administrative processes, travel planning, DTS actions, office operations, and workflow optimization; ensure smooth execution of all front‑office functions. * Operational Logistics & Resource Management — Manage office supplies, visitor coordination, workspace operations, and travel planning with autonomy and discretion. * Communications & Stakeholder Engagement — Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders; manage communications, escort visitors, and ensure professional representation of the Program Office. *Required Qualifications* * Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a _*U.S. Navy program office*_. * Demonstrated expertise managing executive calendars as a delegate in Microsoft Outlook. * Proficiency with Defense Travel System (DTS) for travel planning and voucher processing. * Experience serializing and executing formal Navy correspondence on official letterhead. * Proven ability to proactively manage office operations and workflows. * Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, and Navy Flank Speed collaboration environments. *Desired Qualifications* * Additional experience supporting Navy acquisition programs or OPNAV/PEO program offices. * Advanced proficiency in executive communication, briefing development, and workflow optimization. * Experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder technical or programmatic events. *Travel Requirements* Limited travel requirements (
