What You'll DoLead and manage crews on commercial framing projectsOversee all phases of framing including layout, wall framing, floor systems, roof systems, and sheathingRead and execute blueprints, elevations, and framing plans accuratelyCoordinate with operations manager, crew, and subcontractor crewsEnsure materials, tools, and equipment are onsite and organizedMaintain production schedules and keep projects on trackMonitor quality, craftsmanship, and structural accuracy throughout the projectEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsManage daily site operations including crew direction and workflowMaintain a clean, organized, and professional job site ??
