Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and food safety protocols are followed Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food preparation when needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Support guest relations by providing exceptional customer service in both fine dining settings and lively nightlife environments such as nightclubs Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Embark on an exciting journey in the hospitality industry where your energy makes a difference!
