That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead Wrenfield's property maintenance team and ensure our community is running at its best. Wrenfield is a 300-unit community, where contemporary design, natural beauty, and Madison’s vibrant energy come together.What You’ll DoAs Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of property maintenance, while leading a team to deliver excellent service to our residents. Responsibilities include:Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders, and ensuring quality standards.Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies.Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning.What We’re Looking For3–5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (multi-family preferred).Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred.ADA Physical Requirements of the Position:Snow removal to include shoveling and snow blowing walk ways and stairs in the communityMust be able to perform job functions outdoors, in all weather conditions, approximately 25% of the timeMust be able to lift up to 80lbs, approximately10% of the timeMust be able to climb stairs approximately 10% of the timeMust be able to walk the Community grounds, approximately 15% of the timeMust be able to climb a ladder approximately 5% of the timeMust be able to sit at computer or desk approximately 20% of the timeBenefits:Competitive Salaries That Are Market-priced AnnuallyHousing Discount & Housing Rental DiscountsComprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental InsuranceReimbursement for Fitness CentersTelehealth and Flexible Spending AccountsShort and Long Term Disability CoverageGenerous Time Off and Company Paid Holidays401(k) plan with matching fundsCommunity Volunteer DaysTuition AssistanceMaternity LeaveGym ReimbursementLife and AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramIdentity Theft ProtectionPet InsuranceHospital Confinement and Critical Illness ProtectionReady to lead a skilled team and make an impact in your community?
