Customer Service Representative

Job Description Hercules, a specialized LTL carrier, servicing the United States and Canada, is seeking a full-time customer service representative for our terminal in Jersey to join our team. With over 20 offices located in the United States and Canada we offer expedited service to and from most major cities. We have been in business for over 25 years and have had tremendous growth and success in our market. CUSTOMER SERVICE Job Duties: Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: Provide live customer service via phone, e-mail and fax Input customer pick up into dispatch system Provide customer with rate quotes Trace customer shipments Assist dispatcher/manager/supervisors Prepare Daily Operations Exception Reports Cross train with other CSR’s Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently Support sales team Requirements Able to work 8am-5pm Prior experience in the trucking industry, preferred Competency in MS Office products Good math comprehension High School Diploma, GED equivalent, required Supervisory experience, preferred Must be detail oriented and enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment Must have excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills Skilled in tracking, follow-up, and records maintenance COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Direct Deposit Paid Weekly Medical, Dental, Vision benefits with a 401K match Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
